Register Now for \'Jacket Fest: Student Involvement Fair on Sept. 18!

We're excited to invite you to this year's 'Jacket Fest: Student Involvement, Part-Time Job & Resource Fair ​​​​​​happening on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Yellowjacket Union Plaza!

Registration deadline: September 12, 2025

Event Details:

• Location: Yellowjacket Union Plaza (outdoors). In case of inclement weather, we'll move inside the Yellowjacket Union. Weather decisions will be made the day before.

• Preparation: Please plan for an outdoor event! Bring something heavy to keep your papers from blowing away. Electricity will not be available.

• Equipment Provided: Each group will receive a 6-foot table and chairs. Please bring your own tablecloths and displays. Table placement is first-come, first-served on the day of the event.

• Make It Fun: We encourage you to create an engaging and interactive table! Feel free to bring giveaways, pre-packaged snacks, or games to interact with students.

Timeline:

• 10-11 a.m.: Check-in & set up

• 11 a.m.-1 p.m.: 'Jacket Fest in full swing!

• After 1 p.m.: Pack up

Please have your table set up before 11 a.m. and stay until the end so all students have a chance to connect with you.
