This is a friendly reminder to complete your annual re-registration process to keep your group active and maintain access to campus resources. Please complete all steps by Friday, September 26, at 4:30 p.m. Late or incomplete applications may result in a budget reduction from SUFAC.

Required Steps:
1. Complete the Re-Registration Form on 'Jackets Connect.
Log in with your UWS credentials, go to your group's page, and update your organization's information, including contact details. Review and sign your constitution (required every two years) and acknowledge the minimum organization requirements.
2. Update Your Membership List.
Ensure your roster includes an advisor and at least four student members.
3. Advisor Agreement Form.
Advisors should log into 'Jackets Connect, go to "Forms," and complete the Advisor Agreement.
4. Complete Leadership Training.
All officers must complete the "Student Organization Leadership Training 2025-2026" on Learn@UW-Superior (Canvas). The training takes about an hour and can be done in sections. Advisors are welcome to participate as well.
Note: Any new officers joining your organization throughout the year also need to take this training course!
